After completing the on-line registration form, all participants will receive an invoice / confirmation by e-mail. At the moment on-line credit card payments are possible only by filling in the authorization form here. Send it to kaisa.venalainen@ril.fi or fax: +358 207 120 619. We accepth the following credit cards:

Accommodation

Remember to book your accommodation well in advance - Helsinki is a very popular conference city in the month of June. The organizers have negotiated special fees for the delegates at Scandic Hotels (see more detailed descriptions here). If you wish to use these hotels, remember to use the booking code BHEL020612. Reservations can be made on-line here. Note: The hotel reservations need to be made by April 30, 2012.

If you need an invitation letter for obtaining a visa, please send the following information (after you have registered and made the payment) to: kaisa.venalainen@ril.fi or ville.raasakka@ril.fi:

The invitation letters are sent as a PDF documents. If your embassy requires the original paper copy, please let us know. The paper letters are not sent automatically. Check also the Finnish Embassy www-site in your own country for any special requirements. If you are attending the Tallinn or Stockholm excursions, remeber to apply for a multiple entry visa to Finland (the excursions return to Finland).
