- Monday June 4: build-up day (booths ready for decoration at 17.00)
- Tuesday June 5: open at 8.00-17.00
- Wednesday June 6: open at 8.00-17.00 (dismantling at 17.00-22.00)
- Thursday June 7: exhibition closed
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Each booth includes a certain number of free exhibitors. All extra exhibitors are for extra charge. Registrations by e-mail: kaisa.venalainen@ril.fi
Extra exhibitor fee 370 eur (incl. VAT 23%):
- Lunch & coffee on Monday-Wednesday
- Mayor city reception on Monday June 4
- Get-together on Tusday June 5
- Gala dinner on Wednesday June 6
- Congress material
Note: If the exhibitor wishes to participate also to the technical excursions in Helsinki and Tallinn, then the normal registration fees apply.

The IFME 2012 booth packages include the basic furniture. If you need extra furniture or equipment, please contact the exhibition builder:
