For each presentantation there is reserved 20 minutes time slot. This 20 minutes include the questions and change of the next speaker (15 minutes reserved for the presentation itself and 5 minutes reserved for the questions and change of the next speaker).
Speakers can use their own computer or they can use the computer provided by the organizer (PC with Office 2010). If you are a MAC user please bring an adapter for the video projector with you.
If you are giving your presentation in Hall A you should send your presentation slides two weeks before the event. All the presentations in Hall A will be translated in to Finnish and that is why we need the slides beforehand (you can of course do minor changes and bring the final version to the venue). Please send your slides for Hall A directly to ville.raasakka@ril.fi
If you are giving your presentation in the Hall B or Rooms 22-24 you don't need to send your slides beforehand!
